Title: Foreman

Basic Function: Over sees all functions of Subcontracting Crews in their area and Maintain relationships with their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Follows up on crews on daily basis ensuring company policies are followed.
• Makes sure houses are ready to be started and completed.
• Material is not being wasted and used according to manufactures specifications.
• Returns supplies to proper locations.
• Is responsible to make sure Crews cleanup on daily basis.
• Service and repairs are up to date, completed and done in correct manner.
• Keeps log of daily activities of work performed.
• Safety practices are in place that all crews are complying with OSHA standards.
• All work performed is installed according to manufactures guidelines, specifications, local building codes and NRCA guidelines

Education/Training :

Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Safety Training: Needs to have OSHA 10hr training certification.

Experience: 2 - 3 yrs minimum

Training: Needs to complete Manufactures Installation Testing
