Title: Account Executive, Exterior Remodeling
Basic Function: To achieve predetermined revenue and profitability targets for assigned geographic territory.
Responsibilities:
Sales
- Pursue all assigned leads to their successful conclusion.
- Ensure successful creation and delivery of all proposals. This includes all take offs.
- Successfully achieve all revenue targets, while maintaining acceptable profitability margins.
- Work with prospects to understand needs, issues and opportunities concerning their operations.
- Knowledge of all Blue Ribbon products and services, including their competitive positioning.
- Deliver Blue Ribbon Value Proposition.
- Follow up with all leads to ensure their conclusion.
Administration
- Knowledge of all Blue Ribbon Sales Policies and Procedures
- Support company policies and practices.
- Manage expenses and complete expense reports in a timely manner
- Learn the American Contractor system to facilitate invoicing, estimating and collections.
- Ensure successful entry of all contracts into American Contractor.
